ebay.de has them for the E39 and E38 I believe, and they're like $15 new (in box I mean)...

I sold one yesterday to a guy in the Netherlands.It was a Bmw phone what was build between the chairs in the centre console.
Believe it ore not:120 Dollar.Only the phone.
Those old phones are a hot item here.
