Glass sunroof

Does anybody know if the glass sunroof from later model 5-series BMWs will fit the E34?

no, it is not a simple swap out....perhaps if you had thousands of dollars and a really good body person & electrical person (like those folks in PimP My Ride) it could be done. But as for a swap out plug-n-play...no. :(

And trust me...if it was just an easy swap out...it'd be in every 5 series online forum's archives, there'd be instructional write-ups w/pics at every collectable link web sites like "everything-e34s-R-Us" etc., and if you'd google it...there'd be about 500 pages come up with a hit!!!! :D

somebody on bimmerforums has done it, search around on there.

I think an alpina or two have glass as well. (or all alpina? I dont know)
