Long story, here is the short version.
I have tried the depo angeleyes, after much crap and problems with them i have gone back to my stock euro projectors, I still want the Angel Eyes look, and have thought about bying rings on ebay and install the into the oem lights
Now comes the $1 000 000 question, how do I open the headlight, and how do i fit the rings? clear silicone?

Hahaha... They are supposed to seperate (the lens from the rest) with a heat gun, some say a hair drier gets it hot enough to get the glue to melt. then clear silicone the lens back on. Never tried this myself.

Not to hijack a thread, but, a related question-
I have some of those !#$%%'ing chinese replacement headlights,,,,halos within,,,,,a week after install, I took a bird strike , that busted the drvs side highbeam lens all to hell. The problem is,,the lenses on the highbeams, are clear with no fresnel or focusing lines,,,like aircraft landing lights. They put out plenty of light on high beam, with the H1 bulbs.
The bitch is trying to find replacement lenses- I know you just have to chip out the old busted glass, and heat it up a bit,,and scrape off the old mounting sillicone,,,,,but,,,where do you find replacement lenses in the US, save from buying Hella replacement lenses at $$$.
I know,,,might have to replace both highs' lenses,so they match,,IF, i can find a set of lenses at a cheaper price than just buying a new total set of new headlights.
Learned lesson is,,,the glass on those chinese headlights are like eggshells,,,,get Hellas, or Depos,, and put on the lens protectors from Bav Auto, and dont wait a week to put on the protectors.
Any ideas for sources for replacement lenses would be appreciated,,,thanks.

Thanks, Jeff.,...I saw those,,they say its for the low beam projectors,,,but, they should work for the high beams too, since they are all
5 1/4 inch. I hate to replace chinese krap with more chinese krap, but at least i have the lens protectors from Bav Auto, now. I wont buy chinese headlights again, if ever i need again.
Thanks again--
Art.
