rough acelleration and idle

So I've been having problems lately with my 89 535i. I've had a real bad vibration when I acellerate and on idle... start up is rough too but when i let off the acellerator its smooth like the motor is running fine.
What could be hte problem?
I just recently replaced my Fuel Pressure Regulator. What else would cause this? Bad rotor, cap and wires?

bmw uses ngk as stock? i thought they were bosch?

so i've replaced my wires recently to this and now it only seems to do it when the car warms up could this be the o2 sensor or do i have a bad ground somewhere?
