Help me to find a place where I can buy one of the exact same rims i have.

They are 17" BBS 10 spoke
On the rim (they are BBS) it says:

ET15 RK 003
81/2J x 17H2
MAX 7000N

This is a great thing to happen after clutch/flywheel, friends dad backing into me, and a valve on the intake manifold blowing.

Those are BBS RK's. There were a few on Ebay tonight. I'd do a Google search for "BBS RK" and see what comes up. Shouldn't be too hard to find a replacement.

They might be difficult to source as they are discontinued. Sorry, I am looking for a rim as well.

You sure it's not repairable?

Those are VERY nice wheels.

Bent wheel where it seals to tire & cracked down the middle at least 8"
I'm pretty sure that can't be welded?

...ouch, that absolutely sucks.

If they're truly discontinued, you better get them from that site before they're gone.

I get paid thursday.... I'll have the money.
Wow.
It seems every time I almost get some money to do something to my bimmer, something else goes wrong.
Sigh.
Oh well.
Maybe I'll sell my current BBS RK'S With the low-profile tires that are at least 50-75% tread left and get something like http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/18-BMW-E60-M5-525-530-545-Wheels-Rims-740-750-528-735_W0QQitemZ190032883692QQihZ009QQcategoryZ43958Q QrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

BY the way, you probably want ET15 offset. So that link above won't work.

may i ask how the rim was damaged?must have been a big pothole!

it can be welded, but it's not worth the risk...

Yes, well... I was even driving the 35 speed limit in Webster (tiny town barely on the map). There was a pothole in the road.. not on the side but physically where my tires would go over. My tire fell in the pothole but i must have been close enough to the edge that when i started to go in, i tried to swerve to miss it, but really just landed ONLY my rim on the pothole, it smashed the edge up and cracked it way down the middle.

Depressing day... :(

Those wheels on Ebay are absolute garbage. They aren't even E60 M5 wheels, there the 330ZHP wheels. Ridiculous, and you better believe they will bend like butter and crack like all hell.

Repair the RK, and if it's beyond repair then buy a new one from www.tirerack.com

That's crazy! BBS' are strong wheels too. I want a set of lightweight wheels like the RK's. Some RK-II's would be nice :). It's just that the style 5's are too heavy for my already slow car.

RKs seem to be pretty soft actually, mines have a bend. RKII are not the same as RKs, weight wise. Uness you go AutoX, heavier wheels are probably better anyway if your roads have a lot of potholes.

Yeah, SF roads are the absolute worst. I've probably already bent these wheels, and would kill other lightweight wheels within a week.

Anybody have any suggestions or refferals for repairing it? I want to talk to a shop and ask them how practical/safe it is. You can't tell by looking at it from the side that you see if they're on the car (its only in the inner part). I just dont know if structurally it would be safe. There is a really good welder up the road a ways I'll go ask him what he thinks.
