Is an M30 TPS sensor a variable sensor like on an M50 or is it open/closed only? I am building a MegaSquirt for a friend here at school for his turbo 535 and I need to know what I gotta do.

a wide open throttle position and then a positon for everything else. So its a three position switch.

m50 is a varible, m20 and m30 are wot/idle and nothing between but rotate backwards from one another, and electronic auto tranny cars like m30s have a varible sweep for the tranny plus the wot/idle for the engine
