Happened last night at about 02:30. There is a bridge, about 50m prior to that place. The driver came down way too fast.
Nobody was hurt. The driver and passenger were let go from the hospital after minor treatments for bruises. Neither had their belts fastened.

My wife liked Chicago so much she went again the next week . . . without me.
