Has started getting cold enough for me to want heat here in colorado. Turn driver's side and it regulates temp just fine to wherever i put it. The passenger knob seems to do nothing, the temperature matches that of the driver's side. There is also a whistling noise whenever the heat is on, like a window being open on a windy day. It goes away as soon as you put the knob to a cold enough setting for it to turn off the heat. Any ideas what i am looking at here?
