heater probs

hi guys.....when the car is cold it blows cold air on the cold setting then when its warmed up it blows hot air on the cold setting

this make sense?

oh and the fan only works on full to

i have air con automatic i think ( 3 turn wheels)

any ideas??

Heater valves for the hot air and sword for the fan woul be my starting points.
