The ugly ass orange things on the fenders, I want to remove them. I am going to start shaving/cleaning the engine bay and would like to know if there is any weirdness that will occur by just removing them. I don't have an airbag any longer so I am not concerned with that.
Thanks in advance
Jon
The SRS uses an independant module for it's functions. I can't think of any problem with removing them other than an SRS indicator, but you would already have that with the bag removed.

I removed mine on the 535; no problems once committed to no airbag. I also addressed the orange airbag controller box at the firewall.

it's to the left of the column and not really on the wall, it's more on the bottom of the dash suport
