Looks real nice, I never drove an E34 diesel, I assume a little slow, and gets good fuel milage.

Do you need to federalize it? What's involved?
Does it have a NYS inspection sticker?

Guys - a car has a diesel motor does not make it slow. A turbodiesel motor can put out SERIOUS torque numbers... I wouldn't be surprised if a TDS could do 400 - 500 ft lb of torque easily.

I was quite impressed with the 530d not so much accelleration but the rolling accelleration ,hill climbing etc, seemed effortless.
