pcv plate and the intake manifold gaskets? if so ,this could be the cause of all your problems. Also have you done a compression check ? Is it a nikasil block?

yea i did a search i guess i just didnt put it in right cause i know i came across this before. correct, i have not done the pcv, o rings or gaskets yet. i just figured that i would find out what injectors they are in case when i pull the intake manifold they look gunked up.
I have very little time on my hands so i doubt that i will even have this done untill monday. thanks for your help
by the way, how the hell am i supposed to convers 4 milliliters an hour into x lbs. per hour?

Huh? 440cc injectors are = 42#.... so 240 are prob 22# about. I bet its the same injector as on a '95 M3
Sorry, I had this posted in error earlier. The following should be correct:
Gasoline is about 0.68 gm/cc, so 240 cc/min is about 163 gm/min or about 9.8 kg/hr. At 2.2 lb/kg, this is about 21.6 lb/hr.

hmmm, what would you guys say to me getting the #19 injectors? would that make it too lean? Im heading to an all ford mustang salvage yard with a friend on monday for his car so i figured i would just get some injectors from there. are the #19's out of mustang gt's? what car should i pull from the GT or cobra?

errrrr no....
there WAS a mean greenie on that page at one time, guess its not there anymore. was a 3rd gen Bosch injector, 20#/hr.
looks like the 0280155710-F6VE replaced it, or the mean greenies are just no longer available..... get the 0280155710-F6VE's :D
in terms of running lean, the ECU will just increase the injector pulse width to compensate within a few miles, be sure to do an ECU reset while installing them, and run the pump by manually bypassing it for like 5s after installing to get gas in the fuel rail.

Don't pull them from any supercharged mustangs of F150s, they are the 42# that I run.

cc per min to lbs per hour you divide by 10.5 giving you 22.85 lbs per hour
