to bring everyone up to speed, i detailed my engine on sunday, and water got past my sealing efforts for the spark plugs. each was filled with at least 1 inch of water when i pulled the coilpacks. it was ran for approximately 2 miles with water in the wells. all spark plugs (except 1) are approximately 1000 miles old, except for n.6, which was 6,000 miles old. i have some slightly used NGKs here......do i need to change the plugs now or not?

You really shouldn't have to change them unless they have other issues. If you're getting a rough idle or some other mishap, then yes, change them. If not, pull them after about 1k, check the tips, and see if they are all O.K.
The main issue with water in the sparkplug wells is not that the plugs get wet, but rather that the spark then shorts to the block and not the electrode tip. If you got the moisture out of there and none of the cermaic on any of the plugs looks bad, you're probably fine.
