Try a "Search" for oil.

Synthetic for sure... Amsoil, Mobil 1, etc.

lubro-moly MS02 anti-friction hard to find.. Best oil i every used.. It made difference on how the engine ran and also quiets the valve train..

No idea, but '89 with m20 at 150k burns no oil between 7k changes after lifetime with Mobil1 15/50.

Royal Purple 20w50! I live on of the stuff. If I can't get it for some oddball reason, I use Mobil1 20w50.
