the legit one from BMW? the rear apron can't be had anymore unless you stumble across someone that had it and crashed/parted their car. you can still order the front iirc. check out www.realoem.com to confirm.

I ordered a new one out of Germany through the BMW dealer earlier this year. Didn't seem to be any issue.

I hop it's still avalible because my old Individual 540iAM (new owner, friend of mine) lost it's rear bumper a couple a weeks ago (theft) and is waiting for a new one.

For used ones I would look in Europe (if you or someone you know is buying a new car through European delivery maybe the can store it over the atlantic in a Volvo XC90, BMW 530Xi Touring to bring the cost down.

I thought Gamite picked up the last M-tech rear bumper? Wait, aren't there two M Techs or something. One is for the m5 and the other is teh BMW aero kit.....

The front M-tech bar is different to the front M5 bar, but the rear bars are the same.

Try www.abrahamsmotorsport.com www.schmiedmann.com . Abrahams is the US supplier for Smiedmann. He seems to be able to get alot of stuff. I did see the M-Tech parts, and some OEM kits that I didn't know BMW made for our cars. I bought the same front kit Gammite has. I think I paid like $400us shipped.
