Ok, so Ive got 17" style 32's on the 5er now but I have to admit its starting to annoy me a bit. on short around town drives or moderate trips the car is fine, but lately ive been going back and forth to St. Simons, about a 200 mile trip each way. The wheels cause a few small handling glitches, tracking, not wanting to hold center etc. Also, the PO installed a Dinan suspension kit, which lowers the car and apparently comes with Koni shocks, the car handles great but rides pretty solid, a bit more rubber should reduce the "feeling every little thing in the road" issue. I know the car is set up and aligned b/c I did it myself. Im thinking of just going back to a factory set of 15 or 16" wheels. i hate to kill the look somewhat of my ride but shes mainly a highway cruiser at this point. Sorry for the long post guys, anybody have a lowered 5er with factory shoes? Id love to see some pics. Thanks in advance.
