Drain Hoses In Sunroof

I've had water issues with my 89 520i and have water leaking into the front passenger side footwell , i slid the sunroof back and noticed that there is water swimming about at the passenger side of the sunroof, at the same side that im having the leak of water in the passenger side footwell, I've been told that this water swimming about has something to do with the drain hoses. How do i get access to the drain hoses in the sunroof and how do i clean the drain hoses?

I used a length of fat weedwacker line and fished i down the lines. There are 4 on a 525, not sure about yours - but probably 4 as well. One in each corner.
