yes, the E with two lines through it is the Euro symbol. roughly 1.3 $ / EUR these days, so multiply by 1.3 to get a dollar price.

I got the info from a member of BimmerBoard who is Finnish, that the parts are made in Latvia and they are sold via Finland.
Looks like they are replicas, so the question is what is the quality?
As for shipping, just send them an inquiry and ask for shipping cost for that part to your country.
