just got to advance auto and get a suction gun. Worked fine when I did the tranny fluid on my M3 when I had it. Only $10.

Ditto, most auto parts places have cheapie plastic plunger pumps that screw into various oil/fluid jugs:

It gets a little tedious for doing more than a quart. You might want to get one of those parastolic pumps that attaches to a drill motor, also cheap and also at most auto parts places:

This is the only picture I could find quickly and it shows it with garden fittings but they are also available with smaller barbed Tygon tube fittings more suitable for filling a trans.

For filling a manual trans, I just use a hose & a funnel and fill it from above in the engine compartment & pour the oil directly into the funnel instead of using a pump and let gravity do the work. It's easy to over-fill that way tho & oil usally spills on the floor

boat stores have about the perfect pump it's for installing gear lube into lower units, just cut the fitting off the end of the hose and it's good to go
