when replacing a gm trans with a good used one...what other parts are needed?

i know i will replace the filter and fluid, filter o ring, pan gaskets, but should i replace the trans output shaft oil seal and the torque converter oil seal also?

please advise....any more parts i should replace while i drop the trans???
