We've made some changes and I just want to be sure every one can access Bimmer.info. Please provide me some feedback as to current speed vs previously.

As far as browsing and searching, no real difference. What did you change/upgrade?

Upgraded the router. Prolly not going to make a dif, but it will allow me to utilize additional servers. More servers will mean faster in the long run.

Would it be fair to say, you CAN notice a difference.

Ahh so that might be the reason why I couldn't access the site some time ago momentarily.
As for speed for the site as a whole, I don't see much of a difference myself. But expandability is always a big plus in my books :D

Seems alright to me - about the same really..
Have noticed occasionally, opening a topic takes a few seconds, otherwise it's fine :D

Thanks Guys, you're the best.
And Merry Christmas to all.
Now I get to call the ISP and see why I can't get the second PPPoE connection to attach. At least the current one we're on is working good.
I loaded the site from a new computer that's never been on bimmer.info and it opened lightning fast. Nice Job.

Working well from San Diego. The site does seem more responsive.

It was a bit slow when I posted last night, but today it seems fine :D
Not really any faster than i was before, but then it wasn't at all slow anyway!
To be honest, any slowness for me will be caused by the trans-atlantic crossing, rather than the site itself

It was about the same yesterday. But today it's significantly faster. If you want scalability, get a Sun T2000 server. It's 8-core 32-thread per CPU scales very well for web server apps.
