This rear bumper has been annoying since I got the car and now I want to fix it. I pulled it out a little to exaggerate the image a bit.
When I push it in to be flush it will not go in all the way and just sits partially out.
Does anyone know what I can do?
Thanks

Remove the reflector, then remove the trim piece. There are several pieces which both hold the bumper in position and allow you to adjust it in and out. Pull out #10 and the o-ring. Then you can turn #8 (there are two notches in it) using some needle nose pliers. When the bumper is lined up the way you want pop #10 back in and turn to lock in place.

Also, if #6 or 7 appear broken you will need to pull the whole bumper cover off and replace them. I might even have some extra parts from when my bumper was replaced so let me know if you need something.
