I've always been interested in meets such as these, and one specific to 5 series sounds awesome. However, I'm only 18 and my car is nothing special. I'm a Bimmer fanatic none-the-less, and I was just wondering if it would be unreasonable for me to show up somewhere along the way. BTW, I'm from Santa Cruz.

CJ can get him (Olek) up to Santa Cruz and MAYBE ride up with you from there, that would be awesome. :)

Nor. Cal/ So. Cal 5er get together, I just took it over the Nor. Cal one since he doesn't know the area.
His buddies backed out on him :( on coming up here and NOW he can't get a ride further than Monterey. (Thanks to CJ)

Alright, well I'm going for sure now. I found someone to cover for me. There's no way I wouldn't come, even if it means calling in "sick". Well, I probably would be sick if I couldn't go anyway. I'll look into that thread right now. I've got a friend who wants to go with me as well. Question about that: If they're not eating, should I still enter 2 people (me and him)?

One other question. I noticed that there was another guy from Scotts Valley (where I live, but Santa Cruz is the more general well known area) who is taking his M5 up. His name is Peter Sierant, and I was wondering if there was a way I could contact with him so we could have a 2 car caravan from here.
