For everyone out there. Have any of you guys/girls weigh your stock and or aftermarket tire/rim combo?
Just curious for upgrading reasons.
I dont mind basket weaves that much because of how much they weigh but would like a larger rim dia. and wider.

My M-Systems are 19lbs each without covers or tires. Fair to me. :)

and what size are those m systems? 17 or 18?
i am looking at 18 inch m parallels, but I am worried they would be too heavy...

I'm in the process of refinishing my wheels. I just weighed my Style 32 (9 x 17) wheel at 26.5 lbs, no tire. I really thought it would be lighter.

I posted this a while back... but
My stock 15 inch bottlecaps w/work Dunlop SP Sport A2s: 41lbs
OEM BBS 17 inch Style 5s w/Mich Pilot Pirmacys: 43lbs.
Or may have been reversed, bottlecaps at 43, style 5s at 41.
Point is they were pretty darn close. Aftermarket, non BBS, etc.. ??who knows.
cheers,
ROb.
