Is there a favorite after market muffler that is quiet & inexpensive (can you say cheap).

it's hard to say, they are all quiet new and price usually depends on who you order it from on which one is cheeper, bosal anza and eberspacher are the common brands of oem replacments, roll of the dice on which one will still have it's guts in 2-3 years, short trips where you don't burn off all of the condensation and none of them will, the original bmw sourced unit is the toughest and most expensive usually a boisen
