i can save my homepage on my internet explorer to yahoo. i guess i got hacked. can anyone help thanks

Go to tools, internet options, and there you should be able to specify what home page you want. Since something changed your homepage you probably have spywhere on your PC now. Get spybot or adaware and run them to eliminate whatever you picked up.

adaware is available from www.lavasoftusa.com. I told someone to grab this once, he misspelled the name of the software and ended up getting 0wn3d. It was funny, especially since he was trying to get a job with us in IT at the time and couldn't respond to emails since his machine was more or less dead.

After you install Adware, get the latest def updates then scan. Sometimes you have to reboot to catch everything (the software will tell you if you need to).
