11 61 7 501 562 $47 list, 7 real tight torx bolts in a bitch position. any more i just pull the whole intake manifold and do all of the gaskets too including the throttle body gasket, they all go bad one time or another, and it makes doing the plate easy

The Torx bolts are hard to get at, but I happen to have this tool from Griot's that did the trick without much effort. It's their Mini-ratchet tool, and while expensive at $70, it has saved my ass a few times. It gets right in the spot to do the PCV plate.
I once found this tool from and industrial supplier, but their kit didn't have the right torx tool in it. Look around and you might find one, or just order it here:

Otherwise, Winfred is right, pulling the whole intake isn't really bad, and you can replace all those seals at that same time!!! Will make your steed run much better !!
I've done it both ways.
