Installing motor question

Hi,
I have a 95 525i automatic...
Does anyone know a secret to getting the motor to slide easily onto the torque converter?

clean the rust off of the snout of the converter that goes into the hole on the crank, and the hole it's self, then lube. don't tighten any converter bolts till you get all of them started, make sure that the converter is fully seated into the tranny, if you pull it in with the bolts you will destroy the pump in the tranny and sometimes the comverter. sometimes it helps to have a jack on the front of the engine to adjust the angle, because some motors tip forward without the weight of the tranny
