i take it that you post this 'cause some guy in england just crashed one of these cars very, very recently? for those who don't know, the owner didn't crash it, (he) had rented it to someone for 20-40k pounds per day, and the renter crashed (was raining, he was going ~100 mph) it into some pregnant lady.

maybe that was the trigger but still I wonder what that woman was driving to be unhurt at a 100 MPH hit. Damn thats quick man, that vid didn't do any justice but still gave me chills...

WOW, 850,000 pounds; that's 425 tons!!! What a heavy car! I'm surprised it has to squat since I don't think anything could push a car that weighs that much off the ground. All I can say is, "WOW!!!11ONE"

that was 850,000 grams... your german/italian conversion chart sucks.

WOW, 850,000 pounds; that's 425 tons!!! What a heavy car! I'm surprised it has to squat since I don't think anything could push a car that weighs that much off the ground. All I can say is, "WOW!!!11ONE"

This test was on TV in the UK a couple of weeks ago so the test was done before the crash. He's lucky he didn't hurt that woman. The damage is not that bad considering it was a 100mph crash, most cars would be unrecognisable. I doubt the impact was at 100mph though. That Veyron is a Superb car
