I just saw this article this morning, http://autos.aol.com/article/power/v2/_a/2008-bmw-m3-concept/20070301154709990002, and found the carbon fiber roof and aluminum hood feature, not to mention a V8, interesting.

440 H.P. V8!!! That would be blast to drive! My E46 M3 only has 333 H.P. stock... However, I'm surprised it only has aluminum hood... I believe E46 M3 has aluminum side panels as well... That got to be a decription mistake for the 2008 M3...

Why must the front look like a Z4??? okay, I would obviously take the car if given, but to purchase? i'll save my $$$

i actually think the front looks similar to the 6er's...not a big fan of that hood...woulda looked better with no holes, same for the rear bumper...otherwise its a mean, badass lookin bimmer!

Don't like the front. Over-designed hood. Side and tail look really good.
