One table in the DB became corrupt, therefore the error messages you received yesterday. So last night I recreated the post/search table. It ran all night and is done, but I suspect it stopped before it was completely done. No error messages during the rebuild, but it's size is smaller than the original table. So, although everything should function perfectly well now, I suspect the search function will not look at all posts. Solution, me implementing the new DB server I've been trying to do. Todays job I guess, we'll see how much time I can put in on that project before I get interrupted by life. On to work....wish me luck

Thanks for all your hard work so far Ed, and good luck with the rolling out of the new DB server. I know how distressing it can be when a DB server with so much data and information goes down (did that once when I was working for a major telecommunications company, potentially affecting 3 million customer records!).
