I can get some 2005 M3 wheels for really cheap and was wondering how the offset is with them and them fitting. They are the same bolt pattern but I wasnt sure If i have to get hubcentric rings or not. I already have hubcentric on my car now because of the E39 wheels. Just would like to know if they would work out ok for me. Thanks

Offhandedly, I am going to say that there is little chance e46 M3 wheels will fit an e34. If the offsets are anywhere near correct you would still need the hubcentric rings. The stagger pattern on the M3 is way different from the e34, not to mention the wheels would look ugly as hell on an e34 to in my opinion [I have an e46 M3 with 18s and an e34 M5 with the e38 parallels--perfect wheel for these cars IMO].
Since I wasn't sure, I SEARCHED by "e46 M3 wheels"

then SEARCHED by "wheel offset"

That should give you some reading material.

the rear offset is fine but you will need approx 25mm spacers for the fronts and longer lug bolts

GoldenOne, I stand corrected. Looking at them on my M3 I can't imagine them looking good on the e34, but the combination of the dark color and gunmetal wheels looks good. 25MM is a lot of spacer though is it not?

25mm is alot but if you have longer lug bolts i really dont see a problem with them, havent had any trouble yet *knocks on wood*
