Got any advice on this for some 235/45/17's ?

Whilst at the Nürburgring last October, I got talking to a couple of German guys there with an M5 each, and they suggested I run as much as 43 up front and slightly less at the rear!

Nürburgring is where I'm heading in a couple of hours :) I'll start out at about 36 and work up to your suggestion and see how it goes. Cheers

i run 36 front 38 rear, but thats because i have 15" wheels and no aircon!
