View Full Version : Who wants FACTORY Xenon HID lights?
Saw this on the UUC digest, Brett Anderson, BMW Master Tech, says he knows the owner and these are in "great shape."

that's steep. At that price, bmw should lower the price for a group buy. I would love to have those.

no adjuster motors, and it looks like you couldn't retrofit the motors to them...
And they cost WAY too much.
Still, if I were rich, I'd buy em just to have them on the shelf.

geez. you can gt a brand new HELLA HID plug and play kit for about $250 less and probly get better performance. we are talking 13 year old xenons vs brand new, modern technology.

Older HID technology is trash compared to newer kits. I would not spend any money trying to retrofit e32 HIDs to my car. Just as an FYI, you can go search by HID at m5board.com and it has been beaten to death over there.

youd think for $750 they would clean them up before taking a pic

Are they real HID?? PIAA do a main beam conversion at a lot less but the transition from low to high is abrupt. Some body makes twin bulb low beam conversions(seen it) but cannot find maker, would answer all problems of light.Any better ideas??
