Been reading posts recently about suspected oil leaks that turn out to be PS leaks. I experienced the exact same problem.
My driver's-side engine mount is soaked with PS fluid. I originally thought it was an oil leak where the oil cannister lines enter the block, and I ordered the replacement hoses from BMA without doing more research (bummer). I may replace the oil cannister hoses anyway since I have them.
Anything else I should do while I'm in there and the alternator is removed?
So far, I'm going to do the following:
1) replace leaking PS hose (32-41-1-141-554 as far as I can tell) possibly others....
2) replace engine mounts
3) replace PS filter/o-ring (34-51-1-459-666/34-51-1-159-421)
4) replace PS fluid (anyone know the system capacity?)
5) maybe replace oil cannister lines that I already have in hand - suggestions?
Anything else?
My car has ASC+T, which I think affects system capacity? Anyone know for sure?
ANy and all suggestions appreciated.
