Can I replace these or do I need to buy a new master cylinder?

the seals, are they the 2 grommets underneath the resouviour?

they're the seals on the supply lines.. going into master from reservoir

theyre easy and cheap fix. good time to change the brake fluid as well. the old ones pull out but the new ones are a bit of a bitch to push in but its doable. I used a c-clamp to push the little hose nozzles back into the grommet.

Yeah, I've replaced mine. Walk in the park - siphon the old fluid out, pull the resivoir, replace the seals, resivoir back on. Don't even need to bleed the system if you dont want to.
Biggest caveat is not to spill the brake fluid on the paint.

be sure to use the right fluid, as I was told that improper fluid eats these seals. I have dot4 in there after the change
