I have noticed that one of the vacuum tubes has a leak on the pressure regulator. I want to replace the entire tubing but it disappears under the intake manifold. How do you get to this monster?

and feel your way down the manifold plenum it just slips on, no clamp.
Trust me, it's down there...somewhere.

slide your arm in under the octopus arms of the manifold and with your finder tips feel for the tube and it's nipple. (back of the plenum - the central box like area)

So you reach in from the front of the engine under the manifold and snag it there. Wow I can't wait to try this. Sounds like a funniest home video winner to me

Remove bracket No. 9 and it's a whole lot easier.

Buy enough tubing to change the hose that goes to hose No. 13 shown here.

You were right. Dropped the bracket and dropped in a new vacuum line in no problem. Thanks to all for the advice.
