Unidentified sensor plug

I'm trying to fix my temp sensor for the OBC. I noticed a sensor of some type hanging from thr passenger side at the fog light. The fog light plug is intact but there is another plug, what is that for. The temp sensor is at the fog light cover on the drivers side correct?
