Does anybody know why my e34 530i engine is surging under acceleration or when driving in constant speed?

Just to ask the obvious, is your auto trans slipping?

OK, but if the engine is surging "at constant speed" it means something in the drivetrain is slipping... clutch

... but I suspect what you mean is you can't hold constant speed...

Sorry my english is not good enough... I am from greece.No problem with keeping constant speed...when in constant speed it surges...Anyway i am having the clutc disk and clutch plate changing this week...Clutch pedal pressed with high effort...the surging is more noticable between 2300-3000rpm..tjhanks i will check it
