Rear power window not 'seating' correctly

Hello everyone, quick question,

My rear driver's side power window has decided to not seat correctly most of the time I roll it up. What I mean is, some of the felt/molding will get stuck/pushed on the outside of the window, because the window glass is loose and catches on it instead of sliding inside it.

This is probably something with the window tracking right, is there anything that could be tightened? :/

I may just live with it and not roll that window down.

It sounds like the plastic slides in the regulator are broken.

it's really really easy to repair it - i had to do it on my front window last month. the parts are 45 cents each I think.
