View Full Version : 更換水箱 壓縮機皮帶舵輪角座 Diy

夏天到了~開車幾乎都要開冷氣~過年前冷氣才整理過~
想說這次夏天可以好好享受一下"冷氣"~
沒想到我的冷氣居然唱歌給我聽~
之前就是為了這個聲音才去整理冷氣~
現在又安ㄋㄟ~這我哪受得了~左聽聽右聽聽~
又是舵輪那裡發出來的聲音~拆下來一看~
不得了~鎖螺絲得地方居然有裂痕~
因為舵輪跟彈簧剛換不久~初步研判聲音是裂痕造成的~
換了他吧~
主要工具:萬能的雙手 13號套桶 卡裡咖哩 13號梅花版手
步驟1. 先將電子風扇拆下 (沒有電子風扇 那你就遜掉了 哈)
2. 用13號梅花版手將調整器的彈簧往下壓 取出皮帶
3. 將鎖腳座的三顆螺絲(13號)拆下 即可取出
4. 換上新的腳座
5. 反向鎖回去 大功告成
愛車的水箱一直有習慣性少水的壞習慣~
一開始因為水箱蓋都會有"嗤嗤"的聲音~所以就先換水箱蓋~後來還是一直在少水~
原來我那可愛的水箱~被之前那可惡的離合器風扇氣"裂"了~
還好有電子風扇強力放送~才讓溫度乖乖的~宸繹的電子風扇又救了我的e34一命~
今天剛好有拆到電子風扇~就順便換了吧~
主要工具:萬能的雙手 13號套桶 卡裡咖哩 8號套桶 一字起子 十字起子
步驟1. 將兩側大燈的蓋子取下
2. 將上下水管拔除 把水漏掉
3. 水箱上方有兩個釦子 用一字起子插入即可拆下
4. 水箱的前方還有鎖著一個自排油的冷排 建議先將最下方鎖油管的13號螺絲拆下
5. 將水箱連同冷卻排一起取出 再用八號套桶把冷排卸下
6. 開始把一些配件移到新的水箱 下方的兩顆圓形橡皮 上方兩片長方形象皮 右邊的溫度感應器 水箱蓋
7. 反向裝回去
8. 由上水管注入新的水箱精
9. 漏air
10. 裝上電子風扇
11. 開出去ㄆㄟ一下~確認風扇有轉~大功告成
順便巡了一下空濾~天阿都快化成灰了~而且還是古早原廠型的~原本要一起換~
誰知道老大生意太好了~我這型號的賣光了~昏倒~
太陽也快下山了~只好下次再換~

mate I agree with him totally, couldnt have said it better myself. the price of fish has gone throught the roof lately and no you cant breed guppies in you radiator.
