It has been in the nineties the past couple of days (95 degrees yesterday) with our typical high humidity. I need to do yard work and car work and I am simply way too old and feeble to work under these conditions - at least not without some acclimation.
I can just about manage to sit on the porch and drink a 6-pack, and that is it.

I know it man, I have some things that I needed to get done on the car & around town today... two days ago it was 65 in Raleigh... today it's 90. Didn't we skip something there?

mid-thirties when I woke up. I had already turned off the furnace, so needed to get some space heaters going. Now I need to get the A/C running.
Crap!

set new or tied heat records in the Northern Central Valley of California. I felt like our fall last year was about 2 hours long. Went from mid-low 90's to mid 60's. Typically will use 1 1/2 - 2 cords of wood to heat the house and this year used about 1. As dependant as we are on rain and the snowpack for water, we are only 70% of normal and I think this summer is going to be warmer then normal.

I just got back from 4 days in Tempe AZ at 100F with single digit humidity. Did not feel too bad. I get back to GA and it's 90F with 55% humidity. Feels a bit worse than an AZ desert!
