Actually washed the damn thing, so I decided I'd take a couple shots. Everytime I get in this car, I enjoy driving it... you can't put a price tag on that!!! Well, you can, but it's usually in Italian Lira... ;)

It's actually a BBS wheel, not BMW (note: no screws, 1-piece design), but yeah, 17"

You have a Orient 95 540i/6? What's the end of the VIN number? Probably not far off from mine (7th to last 540i/6 to come off the line)

Mine was born nov 94', which is probably relatively far from the last one but not far at all since there weren't many built... GA64338. Yes, Orient but with Parchment interior.


It's actually a BBS wheel, not BMW (note: no screws, 1-piece design), but yeah, 17"

Ah... an early Orient build. Mine was Nov 95, they built these things pretty damn late. I know the last run was Orient, was wondering if your car was one of those too.

Yup, someone a few owners ago was less than careful replacing parts. :(

Good news is I have a pair of M5 mirrors with glass waiting to be painted, ready to go in. :)

no 540i brake ducts but you have the euro side markers. they seem very rare on a US car and you used different plastic front bumper bit to replace the us lights on the bumper. acutually euro low beams also. it looks like a euro car. pitty your driving on the wrong side of the road :p you sig pic shows the before shot. Its looks great. nice wheels.

Only the 94 540i's came with the brake ducts standard. It was a rarely-chosen option on '95 cars. Also, the E34 started coming with sidemarkers late in the '94 model run, I believe.

Good eye. Euro bumper trims (no side marker), euro high/low beams, side markers are stock tho (came on all 95's and some 94's).
