front bumper and front wings removal

Hey Guys, Got an 89 520i and need to replace both the front wings and need some help, just wondering how do you remove the front bumper ? and remove the front wings ?

Pop off the black trim panels on the bumper(they have the side markers installed on them) Should be 2(17mm??) Nuts on each side and remove those. You will see an access port on the corners of the bumper to pull and slide off once loosen. Piece of cake. Remember to disconnect ambient temp sensor.
