dash out

hi my car is a 1995 525 sport has a 180,000 miles on the clock and has a leak coming from behind the dash on both drivers and passengers side i've had the windscreen people out they say the windscreens fine only thing i can think of is taking the dash out and seeing if i can see where the water is coming from has any one took a dash out or had this problem any suggestions well come cheers :(

When does the water appear? After rainstorms or while driving? The sunroof could be leaking, also the heater core could be leaking as well, but that would be very hot water.

Have you tried putting soapy water all round the exterior edge of the windscreen and then blowing around the interior edge using a compressed airline? That's how my Indy found a windscreen leak for me.

hi yeah only leaks in wet weather driving and standing still not tried that with air line i will give it a go cheers
