door hinge makes noise

I have a 1994 525i and the door hinge makes a big banging noise when you open the door. It is the driver side door. I did take the rubber boot and the metal from the door bends when you open the door from halfway to all the way open. Is there a part that needs to be replaced in side the door? Has anyone had this problem and how did you fix it. thanks

Try to grease it

I used motor bike chain grease which is very sticky and does not flow/drop.

In case no improvment, replace it asap.
