Blower Resistor Replacement

Anyone have a writeup or tips to do this?

I cant get the trim panel above the pedals off. And theres no way my hand will even reach the resistor without taking off that panel.

What's hanging you up? I got mine off and if you listen to any of a hand full of people I am an idiot and a moron.. what's that make you? lol... seriously just keep trying, that's about all i had for help..
