About to hit 200,000 kms mark.

Been planning some preventative maintenance on the 540i for the 200k date. Thinking of changing tranny mounts, temp sensor, a/c and main belt, water pump, thermostat etc.

Anything else I should do at this mileage?

When I reached 200,000kms. I did inspection II..also i changed my brake pads b.sensors and rotor discs,bushings,shocks,gaskets,coolant,etc...now im in my 260,000kms.:D

think about flex disc, centre bearing etc. Not to hard and if they haven't been done nows a good time.

My radiator and then the water pump went bust (on different occasions - for maximum inconvenience!) at about 130,000 miles.

You might want to think about the radiator as the plastic necks, where the hoses attach, have a habit of breaking which can leave you stranded.
