Hi Guys,
What spring rates you guys have, either with the Eibach or H&R's sports package on the e34 535i?
They normally have a set rate for their sport springs, just wanted to know what you guys are using for a street set up.
Thanks.

Billsteins in the front and boge in the rear.
Front is a little stiff, but not harsh by any means

I am installing an Eibach lowering spring kit along with 4 Koni SA shocks on a 91 BMW e34 535i 5 speed sedan.
Some information on Eibach Pro lowering springs for the BMW e34 EXCEPT THE ONES WITH THE M50TU ENGINE
Listed below are the springs with the individual part numbers and individual spring rates.
Eibach Pro (sport) springs
BMW e34 (except for the e34 with the m50TU engines)
KIT NUMBER (set of four) 2013.140
Front (part # 2013.101) Rate 171 lb/inch Estimated drop 1.2"
Rear (part # 2013.202) Progressive Rate 142-257lb/inch Estimated drop 1.0"
We might upload some pics after completion.

Are you absolutely sure on that 171lb/in?? Not exactly sure what a M50TU is but ny TDS works out 46lbs heavier on the front compared to a 535A,spring rates in the car at the moment are320/338lb/in and not stiff enough really. My next attempt will be a coilover conversion-dirt cheap-and 10" by 21/2 springs are peanuts, will let forum know what I end up with!

Are you absolutely sure on that 171lb/in?
According to the tech support personnel at Eibach, 171 bl/inch for the front.
Are you sure your numbers are not just ratings like H&R use? I know they use a different rating system, like the bmw e30 which is 650 front 475 rear, but this is not a lb/inch rating.
Whose springs are you using?

Car has been lowered a few months ago, just wish the owner would post some pics of the car, hint, hint GC. :D
Hopefully we can be on the track next year to really put them to the test.
The car looks, feels and handles great with surprisingly, very good ride comfort.
