Valve Cover Paint

WHo's had what experience with valve cover paint/powder coat? Started doing the valve cover gaskets and realized the original paint was part of the problem. Mostly flaking and such. SO I did one side and left the other. I've decided to have them redone before i do the other side. A nice silver or black? Anybody have pics of theirs?
